Four Friends, One Vision
We're Cori, Wyatt, Connie, and Christy — four friends who share a genuine love of making people feel at home. We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a simple belief: that hospitality done right has a lasting impact. Every guest deserves more than just a place to sleep — they deserve a stay that feels like it was made for them. Because great hospitality doesn't just welcome you. It stays with you.
Cozy Casas Collective is the result of that belief. We've put real care into every detail — from the quality of the bedding to the restaurants we recommend in our welcome guide — because we know firsthand how much it matters when you're away from home.
Co-Host & Community Lead
Cori is a Cedar Park native and our local guide guru. She knows every hidden gem in the area — from the best breakfast tacos to the quietest hiking trails. Her local knowledge elevates the welcome guide from good to genuinely useful.
She also handles the outdoor space and makes sure the fire pit is always ready to go. On nice evenings, she says, there's nowhere better to be.
Co-Host & Operations Lead
Wyatt handles the behind-the-scenes — smart home setup, maintenance, the technology that makes check-in effortless. He's the reason the WiFi is always fast and the locks always work. His background in tech means everything is dialed in.
Off-duty, Wyatt is a die-hard UT Longhorns fan and can point you to the best game-day spots in Austin without a second's hesitation.
Co-Host & Guest Experience Lead
Connie is our hospitality heart. She wrote most of the welcome guide, stocks the pantry with thoughtful touches before every arrival, and makes sure every guest feels genuinely welcomed. She's the reason guests leave five-star reviews.
A passionate home cook, Connie made sure the kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and real pantry staples — because sometimes you just want to cook a proper meal.
Co-Host & Interior Design Lead
Christy is the eye behind the aesthetic. She curated every piece of furniture, chose the art on the walls, and made sure the home feels warm and intentional rather than just "furnished."
When she's not hosting, Christy loves finding the best local coffee shops and hiking trails in the Hill Country — ask her for a recommendation in the welcome guide!
